Timeless style, top-notch utility!
With care, these classic French white Corningware pieces should outlast you. Durable, beautiful and useful, they are great for reheating in the microwave, storing leftovers in the dishwasher and baking in the oven. This makes a great wedding present.

a gift for life!
i am new in US, having moved here from Singapore in june with a containerful of personal & household stuff too dear to part. i wept when i realised that i forgot to bring my 10-piece set of corningware, a gift from a best friend for my first wedding in 1984.I used that set everyday until june 2002 - on the stove, in the oven, in the fridge,on the table; bringing it to cook & serve food at parties, gatherings, beach and lugging it along with 3 housemoves ... i miss it so much that when my american mum-in-law came to visit from Florida & asked what i miss & would like to have, Corningware came to mind with such tender loving memories. My corningware set came to mind as a durable, beautiful, useful asset that i treasured with love & little care.8 maids served me well & with minimum instructions,my Corningware survived the ordeal of handling by many hands. I love Corningware & am living proof of total satisfaction of its credibility. I wish to get a set as soon as I can!

Elegant and Lots of Use
This set is perfect for entertaining and also to keep leftovers in. These are nice enough to use for all occasions and there is a perfect size for whatever you may cook.

Made to Last
I own seveal Corning Ware pieces, and was excited to receive this set as a wedding gift. It cleans up beautifully, and is durable! It is nice enough to put right on the table for serving.

I got this set as a wedding gift, only to find that the bottom dish was broken. I read a review about this already and just can't understand why they can't pack it better than they do. Saves alot
I bought this dish to try it out, because of the Carrier. I really like this because when I send meals into my husbands school it makes it real easy to keep things warm. That way I don't have to worry about things being cold when he gets to work. I just wish they had other sizes.

Great Carrier
I have had this carrier for several months, and it is great for taking food to the office. It keeps food hot for a long time--It's a 45-minute drive for me to get to work, and the food is still hot when I get there. I love the vented plastic cover. It seals very nicely in the top of the dish.

My complaints are minor. I wish there was a carry handle on top. It's not always convenient to have to hold on to both ends of the dish to carry, or carry it under one arm. Also, the latches on the outside of the cover are very loose and don't always stay closed. ... Read more
