Harder than steel and coated inside with DuPont's exceptionally durable, three-layer Autograph nonstick, the pots and pans in this 12-piece set outfit a kitchen with cookware that's rugged enough for everyday use and looks great on the stovetop or in open storage. Made of hard-anodized aluminum, the pots and pans heat quickly and evenly without hot spots, resist scratching and denting, and are oven-safe to 500 degrees F. Hollow, 18/10 stainless-steel handles polished to a mirror finish stay cool on the stove and are riveted for durability. Handles and rims on tempered-glass lids match the handles in looks and permit cooking to be monitored without releasing heat.

The set consists of 2-quart and 3-quart saucepans with lids; a 4-quart saucepot with lid; a 5-quart sauté pan with lid; an 8-quart stockpot with lid; a 4-quart stainless-steel steamer insert; and a 10-inch skillet. Anolon Professional cookware carries a lifetime warranty against defects, and lids are guaranteed against breakage for a lifetime. --Fred Brack

5-0 out of 5 stars Wonderful!
This is a gorgeous set of cookware that performs at a high level. It's stylish and looks like it's from a professional kitchen. I love it.

5-0 out of 5 stars Best purchase I've ever made!!!
This set is awesome! For the price, you can not go wrong! Great for every day use! Yes, the glass lids do fog up, but with how easy they are to clean - I don't even consider it an issue. For those that are having problems with exterior scratches - place a dish towel between them when stacking in the cupboard - works like a charm!!

2-0 out of 5 stars Agree with a reviewer who says cool inside, bad exteriors
Pros: they look pretty

Cons: For the price, I guess I can expect a bit more. I have learnt the name is a hype and feel sorry to have invested in these (albeit) fancy tinpots. All my pots are so badly marked from the outside, it is incredible!! Cannot use 'em in the dishwasher or they will scratch! Cannot use any metal tools. Lids extremely heavy. I bought these about three years ago and these review were not there.

I have an older set of Wearever which looks spectacular after all these years (6+). It is a beautiful dark maroon and the lids do not steam up. Unfortunately I am not sure if Wearever is available anymore.

Would not recommend Anolon. If you must buy em' buy a single piece first before the whole set

4-0 out of 5 stars what a shame
what a shame that I can not get to toutch or buy this item, along with many others I wanted as they are only for shipping within the US. There are other people in the big old worlsd that have money and want to buy but do not live in America. Please oh please could you deliver overseas or at least display only those items that are available for shipping!

These pots and pans are FANTASTIC! I love the way they cook evenly and they are so easy to clean. I want MORE! Definitely one more (larger) frying pan. Really, these are awesome! My Mom always told me not to skrimp on pots/pans or lampshades. She was right again!!! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Highly Recommended Cookware From A Gourmet Housewife
I've had this set for over a year.

My husband and I love to cook. I had Farberware for years and it was time to upgrade to a non-stick. I had read loads of reviews of Calphalon, Analon & Circulon. Those were the high end non-stick cookware I was looking at.

What sold us was the handles. You never have to use anything to take it off the stove as the handles are rubberized and always cool. We had another pan (Belgique) which promised the same thing (cool handles) but that wasn't true.

It is true that the bottom gets black, but I don't have a problem with that as I want pans that can cook, especially since we eat at home every day and love our organic gourmet type food that we eat. My husband eats meat, I don't, but that is not a problem with these pans and this set. When he makes Indian food (for instance), he's using another pan for the meat stuffs, while I use the another pan for the vegetable things.

Cleaning up is not hard with these pans. I usually don't even have to soak them.

I don't see very many scratches on my cookware set as others say they do on theirs. I would say minimal scratches have appeared, in fact, I can only remember 1 small one that I've seen in a year's use of heavy cooking.

As far as oils in the pan (someone wrote a review saying not to use oil in the pan), I had no idea about it. The person who wrote the review said they used Canola Oil, maybe that's why? I have only used high grade Olive Oil in the pan and have never had any problems whatsoever.

Food tastes great in this set and yes you CAN stack it. In 2 stacks as I do.

Overall I recommend this for anyone who loves to cook, or is just a casual cook.

5-0 out of 5 stars Terrific cooking tool. Makes cooking more fun!
I bought this set almost a year ago, after having used a set of old-fashioned pots and pans for many years. These are a delight to use! Sunny side up eggs, which always stuck in the old pan and were often tough and rubbery, come out tender and I love just sliding them out of the pan onto the plate. I don't even have to use a spatula to loosen them. Even for food that doesn't slide out, clean up is really easy.

I did take the time to not just read, but actually learn the manufacturer's instructions for taking care of them and follow them to a T. (My Dad taught me that if I take care of my tools, they'll take care of me.) So they still look and work like new.

I enjoy cooking much more now that I don't have to worry about sticking. I'm more adventurous, because I know that even if the food doesn't turn out great, at least it won't be a hassle to clean.

5-0 out of 5 stars Customers Service!!!
I have spent thousands of dollar's, On Meyers cookware everthing from KitchenAid, Anolon, Prestige, Faberware, & Circulan, just to name a few. Though Meyers does manufacture very high quality pots & pans and I would recommend them to anyone it's just sad that if you have any problem with them, under warranty, you have to go throught the chain of command, that never gets you anywhere, even if you want to speak with upper management about the rudeness of the customer service department. Their customer service department employees are always very rude and snotty and they act like they are doing you a favor to even talk to you about their products. Don't get me wrong they do make good cookware, probably the best, but you as the consumer are at the mercy of their customer service and their descision or your fait on wheather your life time warranty is honored or not.

5-0 out of 5 stars 6 Months Heavy Use and Still Great
I don't write many reviews, but I am impressed enough with this set to offer nearly unconditional recommendation.

For the everyday cook who wants a set that is easy to clean, heats evenly and stands up to daily use, this set is what you want. Super heavy cast anodized aluminum, big glass lids, a bit heavy but thats exactly what you want in tough cookware you use every day. Perfect for families with kids.

The non-stick holds up very well on interior *and* exterior. The bottom is not coated so that heat from burner will not damage non-stick coating. The 5 quart pan is perfect for large skillet dinners. After 6 months daily use using mostly non-stick tools, hardly a scratch inside or out.

You'll use less oil, clean up with water. If you enjoy cooking fresh food every day give them a try. I bought mine at local store with bonus offer of a big rectangular grill for $299. The grill is also great, heats evenly, no hot or cold spots when positioned over two burners, perfect for pancakes.

We don't put pots in dishwasher (so easy to clean by hand), but sometimes lids go in dishwasher and they haven't suffered any damage so far. We have gas stove, but I doubt cooking surface will change performance.

Have a small kitchen so I hang some pots from black metal pot rack/ shelf combo I got from Pier 1. They look great there and are within easy reach.

3-0 out of 5 stars Analon Cookware
The cookware itself is very nice - it cooks food evenly and cleans easily. The lids are very nice. My only complaint is that each piece is quite heavy. It requires both hands to lift most pieces & transferring food from pot to serving dish is often messy, just due to the awkward weight of the products. Other than that, I have been pleased with them. ... Read more

Coated inside with DuPont's exceptionally durable, three-layer Autograph nonstick, the pot and pans in this eight-piece cookware set are made of hard-anodized aluminum so they're harder than steel. The set comprises 1-1/2-quart and 2-quart saucepans with lids; a 6-quart stockpot with lid for simmering stocks and soups; a 10-inch sauté pan with high, straight sides that provide room for cooking meat, poultry, seafood, or vegetables; and an 8-inch, slope-sided skillet. (The stockpot's lid also fits the skillet.) Because they're aluminum, the pot and pans conduct heat quickly and uniformly without hot spots. Exteriors resist scratching and denting and show the matte-finish gray that characterizes the hard-anodizing process. Synthetic handles and lid knobs are oven-safe to 350 degrees F, and handles are riveted for strength. Lids are made of break-resistant glass so food can be monitored while it's cooking without releasing heat. The cookware should be hand washed and carries and lifetime warranty against defects. --Fred Brack

5-0 out of 5 stars LOVE IT!
I have nothing but good things to say about this set, whether it be the 8, 10 or 11 piece cookware set. I started out with the 8 piece set and QUICKLY added the wok, chef's pan, 3 quart pot, 4 qt. saucepot and the grill pan.

They conduct heat unbelievably fast; liquids boil almost in the blink of an eye. Having said that, you have to keep an eye on your meal, and cook on a lower temperature than you normally would.

These are a snap to clean up. I love the glass lids, too....lets you see how things are simmering, boiling etc.

I would say.....worth their weight in gold!

5-0 out of 5 stars The BEST Cookware EVER!
I purchased this set a few years ago and I have nothing but good things to say about it. I used to avoid cooking anything that required more than heating in the oven because I hated cleaning pans. These pans are so easy to clean it is amazing! I started trying out more recipes and saved a TON of money on food--these practically paid for themselves in that respect.

They do require a little more care than cheap Faberware type pans, but it is well worth it. Even though you have to hand wash them (don't put them in the dishwasher), the excellent non-stick surface just wipes clean. Right after cooking, I would rinse the pans and all of the food remanants came right off. After that, all I had to do was wipe them with a soapy cloth and PRESTO, they are clean and ready to use again.

With the non-stick surface and the lower heat (these pans heat up quickly at Medium--saves energy) it also lends to much healthier eating. I was amazed at how many things I could brown without using one drop of oil. The manufacturer recommends not using a lot of oil (it can cause the pans to overheat) and you can take them fully at their recommendation...you really don't need it. I would highly recommend these pans to anyone who is willing to put forth the little care necessary to keep them in good shape.

5-0 out of 5 stars Healthy, Hassle-Free Cooking and Cleanup
I love this set! I purchased the new Pampered Chef Professional Cookware Family Skillet and Lid as a hostess bonus this past summer, and liked it so much that I wanted to replace my 20 year old starter cookware set (stainless steel, copper-clad) with something comparable. This set has the same features as the Pampered Chef Professional Cookware line - hard-anodized aluminum with DuPont Autograph nonstick coating, glass lids and oven safe to 350 degrees. It also offers more versatility in terms of piece selection.

The nonstick coating is great if you're health-conscious and want to use less fat, it requires less heat, and it cleans up in a snap. I don't have a dishwasher, so I really appreciate this feature. (Don't wash this cookware in the dishwasher!) If you cook for a larger family you may want to consider the 10 piece set, but if you're starting out and cook smaller quantities this has smaller pans and you can add a larger stockpot or skillet later. Use nonstick utensils to avoid damage to the nonstick surface.

There was a small scratch on the 8-inch skillet when I received the set, so I mailed it back to the Meyer Corporation and they sent me a new skillet very quickly, no questions asked. I have since ordered the 4-quart pasta pot and 10-quart stockpot. I hadn't thought much about cookware until I started using this line, and now I wouldn't trade it for anything! (If you're upgrading, don't throw your old cookware out, give it to your local refugee resettlement agency or charity so someone else can enjoy it!)

5-0 out of 5 stars Very satisfied
These pans look good and are flat so are very good for smooth top stoves. Follow directions and use the lower heat... shouldnt have any problems. The lids fit well and the pans clean up very well. I first tried an anolon and cirulon pan to test a couple years ago. Now we ordered this set plus 5 other pans because amazon had a great sale price. Close to $1000. retail value for $252.31 with free shipping. They shipped from all over but was well pleased at how fast they arrived. Thes are probably the best pans we have had and would recomend them. I do hope the lady that needed the replacement is taken care of by this company as the product is nothing without the guarantee that this company will stand behind there product.

5-0 out of 5 stars Good non-stick, but rivets need carefi; c;leaning
This set of pots is a very good value for the price. The heavy aluminum, not stainless steel (see why this is important, below), pots are clad both inside and outside with non-stick which makes them easy to clean. HAND WASHING RECOMMENDED, but having used them for over a month so far, food doesn't stick so washing is easy. But be careful, use non-scratch utensils and do NOT bang the utensils on the side of the pots to get the food off. It might hurt the non-stick.

My only two quibbles are the rivets that connect the handle to the pot make the interior not completely smooth so when you wash it, you must pay special attention to remove food that may be stuck in the interface between the pot and the rivets. And the handles are only rated to 350 degrees in the oven. An all-metal handle would have been more professional, but also costs more and would be heavier.

My other quibble: The glass lids make it easy to see how your food is doing without letting out the steam. But the handle to the lid is held on with a single screw. Some of my lids spin and others don't. This might be a weakness as time goes on.

These pots' bottoms are really FLAT which are excellent for my radiant heat cook top. If you boil water in one, you can see how evenly the SMALL bubbles form which means the heat is very, very even. Your food cooks evenly and FAST which are the main differences between good and not so good cookware.

Oh, stainless steel is tougher than alumninum but has lower heat conductivity so the heat doesn't spread across the bottom of the pot as well as alumninum, leading to less even heating. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars These are really, really great!
I spent well over five hours researching all aspects of cookware including teflon coatings, dishwasher compatibility, price, durability, brands, etc. I was looking for a set that was dishwasher compatible. I only found two and this one was by far a much higher quality.

I love these pots! I do use the dishwasher and the recommended dishwasher soap and they seem to stand up fine. I am very protective of them, and no one is allowed to stack dishes inside of them. I am still getting used to them though; they require much less oil than I am used to. They also require much less heat than I am used to. I have not used them in the oven, because I just find it akward to put a pot in the oven and have found no need to do so. I love the large 12" saute pan. They are all more than adequate in size.

I also just ordered the steamer 3 piece set and a stir-fry pan. If I had more money to spare, I'd also get the roaster.

I do not understand why these aren't in the stores. If they were marketed better, I think everyone would want them over the other options. Our local Macy's didn't carry them.

5-0 out of 5 stars great pans
I got these pans for Christmas and I love them. I chose these because they were dishwasher safe, but they clean up so easy I have yet to put them in the dishwasher. My only complaints are that they are quite heavy (they may by difficult for an elderly person to handle) and I feel the handles get a little too warm to be handled comfortably. I have added a few more pieces to my collection and hope to continue to do so - but this set is a great one to start with!

4-0 out of 5 stars Very good cookware set.
I was comparing various cookwares at the store, All-Clad,
Circulon, T-Fal, Jamie Oliver T-Fal, Emerilware, etc.

These high end sets have a concave bottom which some people
claim will flatten out when you cook, but since these units
have thick bottoms, I have doubts that the cookware will flatten
out, a requirement for Ceran type electronic cooktops. I noticed
the cheap stuff costing $10 was more planar on the bottom which
is sorta odd.

The next thing I looked at was the handles. This Alonon Titanium
seems to have the best handles of all the high end sets. It's
thick and hollowed out I believe and fits well in your hand.
The Jamie Oliver T-Fal was also good, the handles were wide and
stout. Everything else was mediocre, it's too small and you don't
feel in control of the cookware.

The next thing I looked at was the thickness of the materials.
The Alonon Titanium I measure at over 200 mils thick, it's
very good. The Emerilware claims 5mm thick which is also about

200 mils. The Jamie Oliver cookware is different, it has a
very thick base, I'm estimating around 375 mils thick, stainless
exterior, but the rest of the cookware piece has thin walls.
A different design.

I like the thick hard anodized aluminum with non-stick interior
and composite titanium exterior coating that the Alonon set
provides. It seems to be more resistive to scratches than without
the coating and it looks glossy vs. a satin like the other hard
anodized cookware. The Jamie Oliver T-Fal is also nice, I like
the stainless exterior.

My main concern is planarity of the bottom for my electric
range. Normally I would have probably settled for the Jamie
Oliver T-Fal if it was planar because it's lower in cost, but
taking into consideration how thick the base is, I have doubts
that this cookware will flatten out during heat. I decided to
get the Alonon set even thought it cost more, mainly because it's
200 mils all around the cookware and the superior handles.

Everyone seems to recommend the All-Clad cookware. I saw some
All-Clad stainless steel, MC2, and Copper exterior at the same
store, so it was easy to compare. If I didn't know this was
suppose to be the high end stuff, I would have guessed that
it was the low end stuff just by looking at it. The stainless
steel set has nothing interesting to offer. The material isn't as
thick, the handles are thin (like Emerilware) and it's
overpriced. The MC2 is just plain ugly and it's standared
bare aluminum, stainless interior, it's too easy to scratch
the aluminum.

I'm giving the Anolon Titanium only 4 stars because the bottom
planarity of the larger diameter pieces are too concave for
my liking. The smaller pieces aren't too bad, but I expect
perfection. Considering that all the high end sets suffer from
planarity, then technically this set would get 5 star rating. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Exactly What I Wanted
This is a great set of pots and pans. Not only did I get this set, but I also purchased about 5 more pans, and love them all. I was comparing this set to the Calphalon Contemorary. I went to various department stores to talk to sales people that work with both companies, and they all preferred Analon Advanced. These pans are truly nonstick inside and out. The only place where food gets stuck is on the bolt(s) inside the pan that hold the handle(s) on. The handles on both the lids and the pans never get hot. I have even put them in the oven, and they work perfectly. The only thing that has happened is the bottom of the pan where the flame hits it has slightly discolored. However, I keep my pans in the cabinets so it's not an issue.

5-0 out of 5 stars Good investment!
I love this cookware set. They are easy to clean and look very contemporary! This is a good startup set to add on. Also, it's a breeze to buy from Amazon. The order was shipped on the day it was promised. Great job Amazon.com!

4-0 out of 5 stars "Retail" Prices....
This might be a decent set of pots and pans but I figured that I would mention that the "Retail" price is inflated. MSRP from www.anolon.com is $199.99.

5-0 out of 5 stars Anolon is wonderful
I love this product. I have been buying lower grade pans for quite some time and the get worn and wind up in the garbage. These pans will last a lifetime. They are wonderful!

I hope you love them as much as I do. ... Read more

This versatile three-piece cookware set includes a 7-quart stockpot, a stainless-steel insert, and a glass lid. On its own, the stockpot simmers soups and stews but the steamer insert makes the set additionally useful for pasta, corn on the cob, or other vegetables. Part of Anolon's Advanced line of cookware, the pot is composed of heavyweight hard-anodized aluminum, which heats food evenly with no hot spots. The interior and exterior of the pan are coated with three layers of DuPont's durable Autograph 2 nonstick surface for easy release of foods. Tested by professional chefs, the nonstick coating has proven to stand up to extended use in a restaurant. Oven-safe to 375 degrees F, the SureGrip handles on both the pot and pasta insert are made of durable 18/10 stainless steel and covered in a silicone rubber for a safe and heat-free grip. A shatterproof tempered glass lid lets you watch your food cook without releasing any nutrients by lifting the cover. 5-0 out of 5 stars the best clad set for 1/2 the price
I bought the 10-piece set after considering some of the more established stainless-clad cookware sets (All-XXXX, etc.) The pans are perfectly balanced, and I actually like the silicone handle grips more than I expected. (I originally wanted the all-metal grips like in a professional kitchen.)

I've put the set to a lot of use already -- the pans clean up great with a scotch-brite pad. No complaints here. Anolon is a Kitchen-Aid brand -- no surprise, everything they do is top-notch. ... Read more

Amazon.com Review

Covered inside with DuPont's exceptionally durable, three-layer Autograph nonstick coating, the pot and pan in this four-piece cookware set are made of hard-anodized aluminum so they're harder than steel. The set comprises one 8-inch, 2-quart open chef's pan for making sauces and sautéing vegetables; one 10-inch round griddle that's ideal for pancakes, waffles, eggs, or hamburgers; one slotted spoon; and one spatula. Because they're aluminum, the pot and pan conduct heat quickly and uniformly without hot spots. Exteriors resist scratching and denting and show the matte-finish gray that characterizes the hard-anodizing process. Synthetic handles are oven safe to 350 degrees F, and handles are riveted for strength. The spoon and spatula, with heat-resistant heads, work beautifully with any nonstick pan. This cookware set should be hand washed and carries a lifetime warranty against defects. --Fred Brack

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Cookware
I bought these on sell and I'm glad I did this cookware heats evenly and clean up is easy with the nonstick surface. Would buy again.

5-0 out of 5 stars Analon 4 piece deal
I just received the Analon 4 piece set for 19.99 a few days ago. The pans cook everything so evenly and tasty. I highly recommend this product. Great value for the money.

4-0 out of 5 stars Watch out for packaging
The pans seem of great quality (haven't actually used them yet), but I wanted to advise of the packaging. I ordered two sets, and planned to give one as a gift. I was less than thrilled to see the large lettering on the box: Our gift to you - free when you purchase $150 of Anolon cookware. Thus, be aware that if you want to give these pans as a gift, the giftee will think they were freebie! No one else has mentioned this-- maybe they are not all packaged the same.

5-0 out of 5 stars Practically all you need
This is the greatest set! After years of happy experience with Anolon's 3-qt chef's pan, I bought this set just for the 2-qt size (not available separately), to take the place of a couple of other pans and reduce the amount of "stuff" in my kitchen. I ended up loving the size of the griddle as well, and between this set and the 3-qt, I've ended up retiring 2 skillets, 1 saute pan, and 3 saucepans to the garage. If I don't need any of them in a year, I'm going to yard-sell them. The shape of the chef's pan make it suitable for use as a skillet/saute pan or saucepan. My 3-qt is donkey's-years old, the coating is still slick and has never chipped or flaked, and the coating on the new looks improved even from that. Generic 8- 10-inch lids fit the 2- and 3-qt pans, respectively. Highly recommended.

5-0 out of 5 stars Practically all you need
I've had an Anolon 3-qt chef's pan for donkey's years and use it for everything, even discarding my large skillet and 3-qt saucepan. Now only cooking for two, I decided to reduce the amount of "stuff" in the kitchen even further, and originally bought this set just to get the 2-qt pan (not available separately). It's so versatile and such a great size it stands in for my 1- and 2-qt saucepans and 8- and 10-inch skillets! I didn't think I'd use the griddle, but it's a perfect size for crepes, grilled sandwiches, and small pancakes, and is SO much easier to store than a big one. Generic 8- and 10-inch lids fit the 2- and 3-qt pans, respectively. GREAT set! Heartily recommend. ... Read more

Fondue is back in style—and why not? "Dip dining" is such a sophisticated yet simple way to entertain during the fall or holidays. Anolon’s 1-1/2-quart fondue pot bubbles enough Swiss and Gouda for six people to enjoy and, as part of the low-maintenance Professional line of cookware, makes cleanup a piece of cake for the hosts. The pot is made of heavy-gauge anodized aluminum, which heats cheese evenly without hot spots and has long-lasting durability. A triple layer of Dupont’s Autograph nonstick system coats the interior of the pot so baked-on cheese simply wipes out. The fondue heats up with Sterno, which is housed in a holder within the stainless-steel nesting rack. Also made of stainless steel are the handle and a slotted removable utensil holder with room to rest the six included fondue forks. This fondue pot is covered by a lifetime limited warranty. --Cristina Vaamonde ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars perfect for cheese and chocolate
This is a GREAT pot for chocolate and cheese. It cleans easily, melts calmly, and is simple to adjust the temperature. Here's the deal. If you really want to make a full three course fondue meal, you need TWO pots. Get this pot for cheese and chocolate and then get the Rival FD350S Stainless Steel Electric Fondue pot for oil or broth. This pot will not work for boiling, it just doesn't get or stay hot enough at the table.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great fondue set
We bought this set at Macy's because it was the only one available, and we absolutely LOVE it. It's easy to use and even easier to clean. The pot goes from the stove to the stand for ease of melting. Perfect gift for someone (or yourself). Cheese, oil and chocolate all melt well. I prefer the paste fuel that this one uses better than the liquid (transportable for those of you that do fondue parties at a friends house). We highly recommend!

Amazon.com Review

A rare feature among hard-anodized cookware, Anolon Titanium is actually dishwasher-safe. However, it offers cooks many advantages long before cleanup time. Constructed of extra-thick aluminum, these pots and pans conduct heat quickly and uniformly (no hot spots). Their charcoal-gray exteriors are harder than steel and resist scratching and denting. Inside, they're coated with DuPont's exceptionally durable Autograph nonstick. Stainless-steel, satin-finish handles are rounded for comfort, hollow to stay cool on the stovetop, oven-safe to 500 degrees F, and have hanging holes. This 10-piece set consists of a 2-quart covered saucepan, a 3-quart covered saucepan, a 12-inch covered sauté pan, an 8-quart covered stockpot, a 10-inch French skillet, and an 8-inch French skillet.

Unlike conventional hard-anodized pots and pans, this cookware is dishwasher-safe because its titanium-composite exterior is nonporous. Nevertheless, its virtue of being dishwasher-safe is not unlimited. To prevent pots and pans from discoloring in a dishwasher over time--and to prevent voiding the lifetime warranty against defects--the manufacturer's cleaning instructions (included) about water temperature (120 to 140 degrees F) and detergent (mild, with a phosphate content less that 7-1/2 per cent) must be strictly observed. As with most cookware, hand washing Anolon Titanium is the better alternative for ideal care. --Fred Brack

1-0 out of 5 stars Bad customer service
Why offer something on your website if it is unavailable? People have been complaining about this since 12/7, so why has it not been fixed? This is poor customer service if you ask me.

1-0 out of 5 stars Bad Business
I do not think you should advertise items that are not available for purchase. Please either have items available to purchase or remove them from the site. Offering customers something they can not have is bad business.

Hard-anodized aluminum is an excellent material for cooking pots because it's extremely tough and distributes heat evenly. Combine this with a long-lasting nonstick surface and you have something close to the ideal cooking pot. Well, nothing's perfect: you're not supposed to put it in the dishwasher. But with nonstick surface inside and out, these pots are a breeze to clean. This set includes a 2-quart and 3-quart saucepan, an 8-quart stock pot, a 12-inch sauté pan, and both 8-1/2-inch and 10-inch skillets. All pans except the skillets also come with a glass lid. 5-0 out of 5 stars Great Cookin' Gear
Everything simply slides right off of these pots and pans! They are very sturdy and functional. The handles have no rivets that go through the pan and collect gunk, and they are oven proof up to 350 F, a great feature. I also love the clear lids that let me see what I am cooking.
I have never put these through the dish washer nor have I used any cooking sprays on them. Both of these things are supposed to be harmful to the teflon coating, but I have found that nothing will stick to them so cleaning is easy, and little oil is needed. This set came with everything I needed for my daily cooking needs, but I have recently added the pasta pot and griddle to my collection and love them both.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Set - Great Value
I recently was looking through Amazon's site and saw the price on this set and I was amazed. My wife and I received this set almost 10 years ago as a wedding gift. At that time it sold for about [money]. Our set still looks almost new! The clear glass lids work great and are very rugged. They have been dropped and banged around many times with no ill effects. Our saute pan is showing signs of wear but considering it is used every day it still lets a fried egg slide right out with no oil! I'm planning on buy another set and just keeping in the attic!! The bonus casserole pan makes this offer almost to hard to believe! Buy this with confidence!

5-0 out of 5 stars I love it
I love this set. The nonstick surface works very well, and is easy to clean. The see-thru lids are nice, and the work well on the saute pans and skillets as well (even though they aren't pictured that way). The lids make great splatter screens. The quality is very good. These items were on our wedding registry. What a great, lasting item.

5-0 out of 5 stars Still great after nine years...
... I realize that you're not supposed to put these pots in the dishwasher. Oops! We got this set as a wedding gift nine years ago and use various items on an almost daily basis. ...And put them in the dishwasher. They don't quite look like new, but they do work just as well as they did on day one. We have a high-end gas cooktop, which pumps out a lot of heat, and my cooking style involves high heat, dry-frying, flambe, and all manner of mistreatment. I exepected the Anolon set to last a little longer than cheaper alternatives, but I am amazed at the longevity of these great products. The only drawback is I have no excuse to buy new stuff!

5-0 out of 5 stars Classy, Sturdy and Low Maintenance
I bought this 10 piece set in November 2001 and I love it. I read the reviews and researched other brands and their reviews and chose this Brand. I love to cook with these pans and the ease of cleaning is no chore at all. Just wipe clean with soap and water. You do, however, have to be careful not to use anything that will scratch the insides of the non-stick, some plastic utensils can leave fine scratch marks. I have been using rubber spatchulas and they work fine. I also like the fact that you can add to your set with other pieces. Some brands sell a box set and you are stuck with ONLY those pieces. What if you want two 3 qt pots, one comes with the set and you can purchase another one separately. How nice! Same goes for different size stock pots, fry pans, etc. In looking at these in the department stores, I also liked them better than Calaphon. Less expensive also. Five Stars for Anolon!!! Good luck. ... Read more
